Can giants be captured?

Just wondering, I've never seen one captured in the comics, but was wondering a collosal can capture a gaint?

Give this character a power action and make a close combat attack against a single target opposing standard character;

From the FF Rulebook, page 16
:g-starburst: A character with the explosion damage symbol is a standard character and follows all rules for combat normally.

Only characters with the explosion :g-starburst: damage symbol may be captured.

Ok thanks. That makes sense, I don't understand why they just didn't list giant. Captures may only be used against a character with Explosion damage symbol.

It is very simple. As the rule is currently written (specifying the ones which CAN be captured), then any additional symbols created will, by default, be unable to be captured.

For example, let's say that next summer's convention exclusive is Mogo. They give him the all new "Meatnormous" damage symbol. No errata will be needed to prevent his capture.
