Im still learning this game and Ive come to hate having to battle until last team standing...because Ive come across so many times with 1 damage value against someone with Toughness and having to wait til I die or scored critical hits to win...what s the most realistic scenarios you all play out there? Timed? A certain point level? What? Thanks!

I like Challenge of the Champions, 10 turn time limit. Side that has lost the most points in figs at the end of turn 5 get 1D6 healing of each of their characters. It forces you to get into the action which is how I love to play, with huge beatem up brawls. :)

huh? doesnt really appeal to me, cus prolly the team that gets the healing would end up winning at the end, having gained some of their powers back, especially if they heal more than THREE clicks, this challenge of champions is too much of an advantage for the losing team...ANY OTHER SCENARIOS?

Bah!, Its a great scenario, It only hurts the quick kill teams. You either beat lots of people down a bit, or take out figs completely without hurting anyone else.

Anyway its the 10 turn limit I really like, should help you from ending up in the 1 dam opp has toughness trap

I prefer shrinking forcefield, which was posted on these forums a while back. Don't remember the original poster, but it was an awesome scenario, the map shrinks each turn. Prevents the standard Hit and Run in the Challenge of the Champions scen.

Winner Takes All. That's the one in which everyone is chasing a special artifact. The player that has it after 10 turns is the winner. It's a particularly good scenario for a 3/4 player game. Dare you be the first to grab the artifact...?
