* scarlet witch
** Klaw
** Ultron
** Yellow Jacket
ltd. Scientist Supreme
297 pts

witch= brotherhood and prob control

klaw and ultron wham bam from range. also use yellow jacket to B2B either ultron or Klaw(whoever isnt already in contact, to use MoE ability.
the scientist supreme is good for heal and incapacitate
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*Scarlet Witch
**Doombot
**Ultron
***AIM Medic
***Whirlwind
***Doombot
297pts
Scarlet Witch=Brotherhood and Prob control
Doombots carry ultron and Whirlie into B2B for MoE ability.
Ultron scares the bejesus out of punies
Vet Doombot provides an almost unneeded leadership slot
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**Boomerang
***Bullseye
***Pyro
***Whirlwind
***Doombot
*Scarlet Witch
**Black Panther
***Aim Medic
**AIM Medic

Boomerang and Bulleye occupy one side of a building along the middle of the board, not facing the opposite side. RCE and EE duo using bullseyes 11 att with syn sin team abil

Pyro occupies other rooftop providing crossfire
Scarlet Witch and Black Panther remain on ground in between the 2 buildings - offering a juicy target and providing for prob control and outwit

Doombot=leadership in this million man army as well as taxi for Whirlie, who he will team up with using MoE attacks.

Medics hide on corner of rooftop and behind Black Panther/Scarlet Witch. Pyro left on his own for the most part.

oh this army has 5 people who can hurt the invulnerables; 3 from range, 2 B2B, all before outwit hehe.

Anyway which should i choose as i have a hard time deciding.

any suggestions would be appreciated, and the only guideline is everyone has to be a bad guy team member or at least neutral, as it is a theme team tourney im prepping for

Thanks Harley

Just my opinion, but you could really use a heavy hitter in most of those forces (Ultron counts I guess, but I don't see any others).

A Hercules or She-Hulk would really do you some good, you're putting too much into ranged combatants, not enough into brawlers, if your ranged guys get based you'll for the most part be pretty screwed.

Id like your last army a lot better if you ditched scarlet witch and a rce guy for some added protection such as a U elektra, or something else... maybe even vet quicksilver (his stats are almost identical to whirlwind's except the first click) .. or even try to add in sabretooth or wolverine.. also a little added manuaverability would be nice (vulture or something).... the other teams dont fit my particular style but seem to be pretty scary... nice teams

both of those suggestions are valid, but i need a non affiliated or bad guy. no avengers or whatever

i agree that i could use a bigger tank, but whirlwind with flurry will have to do in most cases or at best Ultron

Sorry, but unless your opponent is playing alot of weenies He likely won't fear Ultron all that much, and Whirlwind? This guy is a joke. You'll fly up to someone with Invul, hit him with Ultron for a point, and hit him (maybe) with Whirlwind for zero damage, and zero damage again. Wow chalk one up for the lame MOE power, sure does sound like a winning combo. Ultron isn't a brawler! he is an excellent ranged combatant, purposefully planning to base him will result in him being far less effective than he should be.

i was 2 for 3 with my 3rd team tonight - minus black panther sub Yellow Jacket, taking out teams with super skrull, ultron; firelord, spiral, moondragon, and assorted others. the only army that beat me was X-men v Cyc, V Jean Grey, E White Queen, V Logan and 2 V SHIELD Medics. - Cyclops single handedly did me in i lost by 60 points. Heck i had 2 people offer to draw me when they saw how i had my team set up, and not only set up, but set up in one round using lots of brotherhood skill/wildcard move.

All in all people were actually very afraid of the team, and it worked well, i just failed to kill the one thing that stood a chance at beating me - Cyclops.

Oh, and as far as Ultron, youre right hes not a b2b soft of guy, but when you combine him with the 6 total points of damage vet whirlwind can do, you start to respect him a little more. no one likes 9 clicks in one round.

I can see another problem in the 3rd team... as you ve said it works when its set up.... what happens when someone trys the same sort of tactics with you? the long range against long range doesnt work tooo well unless you actually do have your black panther in there and in stealth out of harms way... what happens if someone encounters the whirlwind before he gets to the opponents rce?... oh.. wait you did encounter that problem with cyke didnt you.... :)... I might try an adaption of this team at a tourney this saturday.. thanks for the idea :)

if your opponent does the same thing, then you can either wait them out, and see if theyll come to you, or you can use the doombot or the yellowjacket to shuttle either whirlwind or one of your RCE chars over there to bring it to them. however i found that that ended up killing both the doombot and the RCE guy he took with him, but that was because i didnt base Cyclops.

I never said it was a perfect army. its far from it, but it is a half way decent theme team, as all the chars are actually evil, not just unafiliated. that was why i couldnt use the black panther.
i personally dont plan on using that exact army again, but i think ill use a variation in the near future, once the people at the place i tourney forget about that team.
