I tried to back order this issue (along with 1-5), but my LCS couldn't get any more copies of issue #2. I would prefer a first printing, but I don't mind a later printing. I am willing to pay $6 ($4 for the book, and $2 for shipping), so let me know if anyone has a copy they are willing to sell.
