Pounce Question

It has been a while since I have seen a character pouncing.

Does L/C stay on, power wise, when you Pounce? Do you still ignore HT and other Characters while Pouncing?

Here is what I'm looking at on my map (Prison Map):

D S E l
HTHT l


P


The Pouncer is ready to make a move towards my team (A thru E). Once he hits the wall of HT (Hindering Terrain) does he stop? If he is trying to Pounce characters on the back of my line (A,B,C) does my front line stop him (D,E)?

From the Player's Guide :
"Pounce requires you give the character a power action to make a close combat attack. You may therefore not use Leap/Climb during this action (which has one effect that is relevant for move actions and another effect that is relevant for close combat actions)."

Unless it has changed, you can not use the Leap/Climb power while pouncing. That means no HT ignore and no character ignore.
