RCE + Hydra team

Can i use my Hydra team ability with RCE??
I know you cant raise the attack value with other
power , like perplex or whatever. But Hydra is a team
ability. I could not find anything in faq ..

Blades/Claws/Fangs
Incapacitate
Energy Explosion
Pulse Wave

Outwit (cannot use, but can be affected by)

Probability Control
All team abilities (for Superman Enemy – can be granted Outwit, but won’t be able to use it)

So, Hydra can be used with RCE

"Mind Control" Does that mean i cant mind control your firelord
and make him use RCE?
"Telekinesis" Would that mean i can TK my firelord up closer to use his RCE?

If you MC an opposing Firelord.... Firelord would still be able to use his RCE.

If Firelord had MC and RCE... then he could use only one or the other.
