So i have a question for the masses to answer. I think i know the real answer but i still have hopes. So Fantastic 4 starter Dr. Doom and can use Mastermind and invulnerability. So can he reduce the damage by 2 with invulnerability and then Mastermind his damage off? I know it is a noobish question, but i need it clarified. Thanks.

This is a question that comes up a lot. With most power interactions the answer lies in the wording of the powers themselves. It's only in summarizing the powers in our head (Inv. = -2 damage, MM = give damage to friendly fig) that causes it to get confusing. So let's look at the wordings...
INVULNERABILITY (NON-OPTIONAL) Damage dealt to this character is
reduced by 2.
MASTERMIND Each time this character would be dealt damage, you can instead choose to have all the damage be dealt to a single adjacent friendly character with a point value less than this character’s. If the damage resulted from an attack with knock back, the character that takes the damage is knocked back. If a character is defeated by damage dealt using this power, it is considered to have been defeated by the character that originally dealt the damage. Damage dealt by this power is not an attack.
Notice what I bolded' (all the damage). We can see that Mastermind is an "all or nothing" kind of thing, meaning that you cannot reduce the damage by 2, then transfer it. However, if you transferred the damage to somebody who has Invulnerability, they would indeed be able to reduce the damage deal to them.

well you are correct but not for that reason specifically.
Its more of one says that would be dealt(mastermind) which means before it is dealt.
The other deal with damage that is dealt(invul).

I stand corrected. Again though, the answer can be found in the specific wordings (ie: "would be dealt" vs "is dealt") as is often the case with power interactions.

While the above statements are correct, a "Doom can use Mastermind; Damage dealt to a figure through Doom's Mastermind is reduced by two" would be a freaking SWEET power.
Hmmm, I think I just made my pants wet envisioning it...
