Cage might deserve super toughness, but it's a tough case(I pun hehe) to really know. Superman can be outwitted too, so does Cage deserve to be semi-immune to outwit? But then again Ulik can't be outwitted of his defense power either, so I don't know really. Either way works I guess.

Ok, Superman probably wasn't the best example.lol

Other characters though, like say Colossus or Thing, can be outwitted of their damage reducers too. But I guess that's the case with most characters.

from what i've read on the Wiki of Pedia's, its not so much that his power is countered, more so that there are certain things that can slice through his skin, i would call that exploit weakness in clix terms.

but to each his own. like i said, i like this dial either way!
