I don't have the language for the powers in front of me, but I'm not sure how they would work together.
Hela:
TOUCH OF LIFE: Whenever another friendly character is KO'd, you may roll 2d6. This roll can't be rerolled or modified. On a result of 11 or 12, the character is not defeated; instead roll a d6 and heal the character of damage equal to the result.
Nekron:
Basically, if an opposing character within 8 squares is KOed, it is considered KOed, but is not removed from the board. When all actions are resolved you put the character back on its last click and you get to use it for one action. After the action, remove the piece from the board.
One power is for friendly pieces; the other is for opposing pieces. I'm not sure how they would work together.

Hela:

Nekron:
BLACKEST NIGHT: Whenever an opposing character is KO'd during your turn within eight squares of Nekron, they are considered KO'd but do not remove them from the map and heal them of one damage. After all current actions are resolved, that character becomes friendly to your force and you may immediately assign them one action as a free action. After this action is resolved, remove that character from the map.
They would not work together. The reason is, when the figure becomes friendly to your force and then resolves its action from Blackest Night, it is not KO'd. It is removed from the map. Hela's power only activates when a friendly figure is KO'd.

An interesting thing though, say Hela and Nekron are on opposing sides. Whos power kicks in first?

It is the active player's choice.

i say hela goes first. if you make the roll the character isn't dead. nekron come to play when you're dead.

If both powers contain the same "trigger" wording, i.e. "character is KO'd, then the player who's turn it is would get to choose what order to carry out the effects.
If that's true, then I think Nekron's power would cause Hela's to be unusable.

Yeah the active player rule would totally let Nekron nerf Hela. Guess you just have to PUSH TO DEATH! Woo hoo! Haha.
