If I pay the total point cost for a character with an alter ego, can I still play the alter ego and then switch em out for the full package when the time comes? Gracias

not sure what you are asking here?
Are you asking if you pay say the 100+ points for supes but put clark on the board can u then switch out clark for supes? No you can't.


If so that a huge risk on your part sine the SP that allows them to change is on the last 2 clicks of the dial, they have few clicks and if i knew i was going to get 100+ points for KO'ing a 4-5 click figure with low DEF and only Toughness, they would get ripped apart quickly.

Yeah you can't do it. It says exactly what you do in the power. You can play the Full powered Supes and Clark, then change Clark to Supes, thus having two, but the only way to get full powered Supes is to pay for him and play him from the start. Sorry.
