I had a trade in the works with DD8603, but have not heard from him since the March 31st. He said he'd send last Friday and pm me, but no word. I pm'ed him earlier this week, but again, no word back. Anyone hear from him?

No one knows this guy? It's been almost three weeks since we swapped addresses. His last activity was the 12th of April.

So it's been almost a month now since the trade was agreed to an addresses exchanged. He has not been on the site for over 2 weeks, and I realize things come up, but it's his job to follow through. Even an update pm would be fine, but he has not. Do I leave neutral or neg?

If addresses were exchanged, and you didn't lose anything, I would suggest a neutral feedback.
