H-SHW Comic Book TOC: MORG vs. NERO

Hi all.

Its been a while since Ive done a comics related TOC, so I thought Id make use of the Power Scale Lists that we ALL had a hand in making, and set something up for us all to debate and participate in.

Pretty simple idea, 2 combatants engage one another on a completely neutral, planet-side, battlefield (ala Battleworld from Secret Wars) to Clash against one another, each winner (decided by your votes) moving on to the next Round, which finally a Grand Champion is crowned.

This should be first appearance Nero, when he beat Alan and the JLA had to help Kyle hunt him down.

IMO run of the mill herolds have always been comparable to higher end GL's but this is a top tier herold and a guy that is probably better then a top tier GL so its a pretty tough match. No matter what Morg is going to be fighting a lot of constructs but on the other hand he can take most of them out in a hit or two...

This'll be something out of a fantasy poster. Guy with an axe wading his way through a horde of horrible monsters to try and get to the crazy guy controlling them :)

Tell me about it. :) In the end Im going with Morg, a guy with the power of Surfer and the in your face fighting style of Lobo. If you dont have good experience against this guy, youre going to get Rocked, and I believe he (and Surfer) could take down any ring-slinger more than not in the end.

I'll vote Morg too. More than not, he'll probably manage to get in close with his high flight speed being a herald. Occasionally he'll be swamped, but not the majority.
