when shazam black Adam is played on 140 do they no longer have duo ability if so they can be TKed and have the fortitude feat on them

As I understand it, the :a-duo: icon is a misprint - they are supposed to have the :a-fist: symbol no matter what point value they are used on.
So yes, Fortitude is fine, but double-base figures cannot be TKed.
Firstly, DUOs can be TK'd. It is double based figures that cannot. And no matter what happens with Black Adam/Shazam's errata for their combat icon, they will remain a double-base and will therefore not be able to be TK'd.
As I understand it, the :a-duo: icon is a misprint - they are supposed to have the :a-fist: symbol no matter what point value they are used on.
This is in discussion. No final decision has been made yet. Most of the time, the decision is to "go with the fig", even when it strays from design.

OK, we'll see how things turn out then.

i'm going to bookmark this one because i wasn't sure why the powers specifically read only Black Adam o only Shazaam. Where would I find an errata when it comes out?

In a related issue, their trait text is incorrect:
"Reluctant Team-Up: When you build your force, choose a 140 or 280 point cost. In both cases, each time you reveal your force at the beginning of a game choose the light green starting line (Shazam!) or the dark green starting line (Black Adam). If you chose 140 points, this character is KO'd when the first red KO line is crossed. If you chose 280 points, this character is KO'd when the second red KO line is crossed."
The light green starting line is actually the Black Adam half of the dial, and vice versa. Players unaware of this error could run into problems when they get into the game and the opponent complains of cheating because the wrong dial is being used.

just know that BA's dial doesn't start with HSS while Shazzy's does.
I can understand if this fig is :a-fist: when played at 140 points, but if it is still :a-fist: at 280, then this fig needs to be fixed. otherwise whats the point of having a duo fig that isnt a duo?

Has that officially been posted AS I was playing with them today and noticed that the dials didn't add up??

Arwyn and Siamese from Indy never seemed to mind all that much. ;)

i figured it was single fig at 140 and duo at 280. you'll basically be playing them as one figure anyway with all that move and attack. if not, then why are they a duo? why were even a duo if you can't play them as a duo at any point value? we'll see i guess.

They would have if duos had been around at the time they were created.

I don't see this error as being much of a problem. Since both halves of the dial have the same cost, range, and keywords it shouldn't matter which side you pick. In other words even if you called out Black Adam but are using the Shazam dial you'd technically be using the same thing. The only way I can see this being a problem is if your opponent has the dials memorized and didn't bother to look before attacking. That is an issue outside the guidelines of the rules entirely.
I noticed the mix up vis a vis the green lines as well - the named powers refer to Egyptian Gods are on the theoretically SHAZAM! section of the dial
Kind of sloppy on WK part
