Any suggestions on changes to make or things to watch out for? Trick Shot comes to mind as bad news for the team.
This is the problem I have with Shield teams: It is too tempting to not add enough grunts. Your whole team has less than 100 points in non named figures. Not that I blame you but a Shield team of 1000 points should have about 500 points in grunts. Snipers, soldiers, mandriod armor figures should fill out most of the team.
Skrull teams are not like this. Adding a ton of lower point Skrulls is easier.
I would suggest you decide on essential Shield members.
Maybe in the next Marvel set they will add some Lower cost Shield agents with a Minion power that might make them more interesting to play.

By problem, do you mean as part of the theme, or as a competitive thing?
Edit: Agreed on the SHIELD agents as minions thing.

Here's some feedback
1 - Warbound Iron Man and Nick Fury (100 pts) together via the Politician keyword.
2 - You've already got some steatlh-busting with Cap and Black Widow, i'd take out Hawkeye for U Mystique if you have her. She's cheaper and is a great mid-range harasser with Stealth, PB, and Shape Change. Opponents always spend more points and actions trying to take her down than one would think necessary. Hawkeye on the other hand is pretty fragile and an easy KO. With the saved points add another generic for tie-up or for Nick's Mastermind fodder.

Drop the T-bolts from Cap and IM for the Warbound?
I had been leaving Hawkeye in the back and TKing him out at an opportune time to do a (almost) guarenteed hit for 5 damage, but I will try out that Mystique. I guess more PB is never a bad thing.
