2 Outwits, basically 2 Perplexers, Support (with help from the lantern.)

Robin and Question are pit crew that can actually fight, plus they can help Bats and Cats with Smoke Cloud.

GCPD ties up pesky folks like HOT Cap, and he can take theme PC tokens.

I like the team, but I think mobility is a concern. Fliers are hard to come by for these guys, especially keeping in theme, but it's going to hinder them a bit.

The 64 point "Batman Beyond" figure from AA might deserve a look. Charge, SS, outwit and self-perplex, flight and a nice 10 speed would help the mobility a lot.

Though the BatB Damien Robin is looking to be a nice tie-up piece.

Gordon will allow you to pull back your Duo, even through a wall, after they attack.
