HSS + Plasticity

pal says plasticity cancels out HSS but i told him he had his head on the wrong way, HSS cancels out plasticity cus it says that HSS never has to break away. tell me that i m right.

HSS will ignore Plasticity and a figuer with HSS NEVER has to roll for breakaway.
