I think he has too short of a dial, and the range is lacking. I like the defensive value, as I think Batman deserves an 18DV.

Except for the spot on defense, that is an exceptionally weak batman. 

Give him indomitable (he genuinely deserves it), then give him Defend and Toughness on the dial.

I'd think a couple clicks of Incap on the end to show him tying the crooks up might be nice.

And since this seems to be a planner Batman you could have him gain Prob on those last clicks to show his "Cont Plan"

I really like this dial. Amora's is nice and probably more practical ( I doubt it would cost what it's at), but it doesn't have part of the uniqueness factor. sort of a parred down legacy bats.
