I just witnessed my best battle ever so far.
We were playing 400 pt teams.
I had
(V)Hulk(E) Dr Strange
(E) Sabertooth(E) Juggernaut
my bro,the opposing team had rookie panther and hyde, (E) Human Torch, Firelord, and Rookie Kang, and a rookie Hecules.
The battle drawled on with Juggy killing Hercy, and human torch toasting all my figures. Dr Strange dies, (Not before healing Juggy) and sabertooth later dies to Kang and Firelord's RCE. Bang.
Hulk and Juggy grab a dumpster and head toward the stronghold, Panther, Hyde with weapon, Kang, and dastardly Torch. Juggy threw all he could at kang and Hyde, but he got beat down by Torch. Dead again. Its just hulk. Hulky plays keep away with Torch, who has not been hit once.
I finnally tricked Torch, he moved and I threw a dumpster at Hyde, who lost all hope of injuring Hulk now. 1 down.
Panther was going to Outwit me, Kang and Firelord were backup, meanwhile I was ambushed by Torch and down to the second to last click. I had one chance: Up close to Torch, who was not moved. I went in.
Roll.......It was good! 8 damage to Torch, dead in one hit.
But Firelord was gonna toast me wit 6 clicks of damage. The roll.....miss! Man was I lucky. I raced to the end of the board for a hot dog cart while Kang and Firelord chased. I had the cart, a throw at Firelord........he was on his alst click! So close.....I was ready to die. The rolll........CRITICAL MISS!!!!!
He died!
I went for Kang. He got to attack, I was dead.....thanks to invunerabiltiy, I was down to last click..........REGENERATION!!!!!!!!!!
After healing, a few spaces away, I went back in and killed Mr Kang with a good punch.
How Hulk had that much luck...........it was the greatest comeback I ever witnessed.
