Speed - Vast Psychic Power: Cable cannot be targeted by Mind Control. Cable can use Mind Control, Psychic Blast, Incapacitate, and Telekinesis. Characters that cannot be moved by Telekinesis can be moved when Cable uses Telekinesis.
Attack - Cybernetics: Cable can use Super Strength and ignores opposing characters' Stealth. Cable can use Perplex, but can target only other friendly characters.
Defense - Biocomputer-Enhanced Reaction Time: Cable can use Plasticity, Super Senses, and Combat Reflexes.
Damage - A Warrior In Any Century: Cable can use Running Shot, Leadership, and Outwit.

I like it, though methinks he has the vast psychic power special for too many clicks. It just doesn't seem accurate, he doesn't unleash himself very often or for very long, so half of his dial seems a bit much.

I would, however, love to see a Cable like this! Cable has been a brutally powerful character at times, and his old dials didn't quite represent that.

Plus, bodysliding and transporter? I love it. Bodyslide by one, rep inbound.
