I don't see how they get stealth? They're the most obvious 2 characters in existence.

I'd prefer to see something more tricksy. Doing 7 damage on the first click isn't really character accurate at all. It feels like you've designed a orthodox Joker dial, then just given him duo.

This is a dial I made for them a while back, which I love (on reflection, I might change some aspects though):

E Joker & Harley
Team: Batman Enemy
Range: 6 :bolt::bolt:
Points: 80

Speed - Getaway Car: Joker & Harley break away automatically. Before Joker & Harley are given a move action, they may make a ranged combat or close combat attack as a free action.
Attack - Infeasible Mallet: Joker & Harley can use Close Combat Expert and Probability Control.
Defense - Joy Buzzer: When Joker & Harley is the target of a close combat attack, give the attacker an extra action token after the attack is resolved.
Damage - BANG!: (Non-optional) Before Joker & Harley make a ranged combat attack, roll a D6. On a 3-4, make the attack as usual. On a 1-2, they cannot make a ranged combat attack, instead they can and must use Smoke Cloud this turn. On a 5-6, they can and must use Ranged Combat Expert this turn.

I don't see how they get stealth? They're the most obvious 2 characters in existence.

They typically start out an encounter hidden (Stealth) and/or disguised (Shape Change). They become and remain obvious as to who they are after they've gotten the "surprise" or are called out. It's also accurate to previous dials of which both characters employ Stealth.

I'd prefer to see something more tricksy. Doing 7 damage on the first click isn't really character accurate at all. It feels like you've designed a orthodox Joker dial, then just given him duo.

Then you're pretty much calling every Joker (not even including Emperor Joker) and every Harley (the few there were) dial inaccurate. In certain pairings of past dials, they could do up to 7 damage (but also as low as 2) between the two of them. If you look at other duos of characters who have had their own single dials, the duos are at the very least just as lethal as the single character's dials put together, but they're usually more lethal.

This is a dial I made for them a while back, which I love (on reflection, I might change some aspects though):

E Joker & Harley

And this is what I love about differences of opinions. You love that dial, but just strictly from a game perspective, I see it as very undercosted. I'd give them 80 points without even adding in their powers and trait. The special-power heaviness makes it cumbersome to play.

From a comic accuracy perspective, it makes me go cross-eyed to see a dial without at least one of either Shape Change or Stealth. One of the tactics they employ so very often is concealing their appearance, whether it be through disguise or through hiding, until the opportune moment.

We both used gag weapons. You just chose to spread them out over several powers where as I put them into one.

They don't typically Charge into a fight unless they're goaded into it (which really isn't all that hard to do) which means they're really annoyed at the least or severely pissed off at the worst in which case they should have some Battle Fury to go with that Charge.

No Combat Reflexes at all is very odd to me since the Joker's close-quarters fighting style is typically very defensive (and he's often described as "agile") and Harley is very acrobatic.

I use the one I have at http://heroclix.adamkomar.com but there's a bug that stops calculation of points if you select Special on a stat slot.

Cool dial! Great choice for named powers as well.

I like it, though I do wish there were more of a representation of Harley or how Joker and Harley work as a team. ABF just loves to post his own dials. Hahaha.

You know that when the dial gains Neutralized it loses both the duo and the indom, right?

QFT. You'll probably never get a straight up compliment. :cheeky:

If you've got any suggestions for more Harley representation, feel free to post them. Suggestions are definitely more helpful than dials.

And, yes, I'm aware they lose both Duo Attack and Indomitable.
