New Nightcrawler pics?

I noticed in the back of the latest wizard mag, they have their "Guess which figures are homemade" picture. They point out most of them are fakes, but not the nightcrawler one. It has a veteran ring and a greenish archenemy outer dial. Did they just not point it out? Or is this what the Xplosion nightcrawler will be?

I saw that too... and while I have absolutely NO idea what is in Xplosion beyond what Wizkids has released (I even missed the list... :( )I think it could be real.

After all, Nightcrawler DOES have an arch-enemy. Mystique, who is already confirmed to be in this set.

The trouble is, Wizard and the rest of those magazines aren't very reliable. I wouldn't hold my breath...

Mystique isn't his arch enemy, she's his MOM. I don't even think they've had a serious fight before. My guess is they just stuck him on a different base for kicks.

I saw the Nightcrawler too. But if you notice, the position on Nightcrawler is exactly the same as the unique one. All that is missing is the Sword. In addition, if you also noticed, the base was a light green base. It's already taken! Thor has the light green base. I guess Wizard just placed a Nightcrawler figure without a sword, and placed it onto a Veteran Thor base. How else are they going to be able to trick you into thinking that the Nightcrawler is custom made for the "Guess whihc isn't real?" game?
