The attack deals no damage, but if successful, Nightcrawler can carry the opposing character instead of a friendly character. After Nightcrawler uses the Carry ability, roll 1D6. If the result is 1 or 2, the carried character is dealt 1 unavoidable damage and if the result is 1, the carried character is also given an action token.
Speed - BAMF!: Nightcrawler can use Phasing/Teleport. After Nightcrawler uses Phasing/Teleport he can use Smoke Cloud as a free action, but the first terrain marker must be placed in the square on which he ended his move. After Nightcrawler makes a close combat attack, you can place him in any unoccupied square adjacent to the target.
Attack - Guten Tan, Mein Freund!: If Nightcrawler has zero action tokens, he can use Flurry.
Defense - Fuzzy Blue Elf: Nightcrawler can use Combat Reflexes and Super Senses. After Nightcrawler evades an attack, you can place him in any unoccupied square four or fewer squares from the square he currently occupies.
Damage - Living Shadow: Nightcrawler can use Stealth. When Nightcrawler occupies hindering terrain, he can use Shape Change.

FAITH (Super Senses)
ACROBATIC (Combat Reflexes)

So if i outwit his Phasing he's screwed. Way too much text way too conditional. I like what you were going for and it makes sense. It just needs to be simplified.

The speed is much too high. Sure, he can teleport, but only short distances. I'd give him a 9 tops. Attack, defense and damage values are all nice.

Again, far too much literature. One of the pros about heroclix as a game is that you don't have to read alot - it just ruins the flow of the game if you have to stop every 5 seconds to read stuff, and only adds unnecessary ambiguity etc.
Try to streamline stuff a little - not every character should have 4 special powers and a trait. For example, you could incorporate the attack special power into the speed one, which whilst wouldn't actually decrease the amount of words or complexness of the figure, would be a step in the streamlining direction.

And perhaps then you could give him a simple flurry SP on the attack slot.

I kept the stats as is, but I cleaned up the SPs a bit so they don't rely on him possessing Phasing/Teleport.

Thanks for the suggestions.

(BTW, type m-transport-boot for the boot transporter symbol)

I'd do something like this. I think it conveys the spirit of Nightcrawler well, without being overcomplicated. Plus, the "dumbing down" of powers results in a lower cost.

I left out the smoke cloud effect of your dial, (which I don't think is that necessary, and is more of an Ultimate Nightcrawler thing) and the stealth effect (Shape Change and a high defense covers that I think).

He may make a close combat attack against an opposing character. If this attack hits it deals no damage, instead, Nightcrawler can use the carry ability as a free action, treating that character as if they were friendly.
When Nightcrawler uses the carry ability, roll a D6. On the result of a 1, give an action token to the carried character, and deal pushing damage as appropriate.
Attack - EN GARDE!: Nightcrawler can use Flurry. When Nightcrawler ends an action adjacent to an opposing character, as a free action you may place him in a clear square adjacent to that character.
Defense - GUTEN TAG, MEIN FREUND!: Nightcrawler can use Combat Reflexes. When an attack made against Nightcrawler misses, you may place Nightcrawler in an unoccupied square within 4 spaces.

Your BAMF! trait requires a power action and although it allows Nightcrawler to use the Carry ability, it says nothing about allowing him to move during that power action.
