While I don't know a ton about Beta Ray Bill, I do know that he is very similar to Thor, but not as strong. I also read the issues where he got the poop kicked out of him by the Skrulls and then by a Super Skrull after they stole his hammer. Orion on the other hand, I do know about. He often fights Superman to a standstill, has the very powerful Astro Force at his command, has a Mother Box and has fought and killed Darkseid. One of my favortie scenes is when the JLA was tracking down a rogue White Martian and Orion asked if they had a weakness. When someone replied it was fire Orion dumped a gasoline tanker on himself, lit himself on fire and proceeded to beat the hell out of the Martian. Classic stuff. I go with Orion on this one.
