We will be building 500 points teams.

You can draft a maximum of 2 Super Rares, a maximum of 1 LE Figure or Special Object, and a maximum of 1 BFC or Feat card. Once a character has been selected they are off limits to other players, including alternate versions of that character (XJ9, Kim Possible, Danny Phantom). The exception to this rule is generics, which can be drafted in multiples and are freely available to all players.

I'm looking into seeing if someone else wants to step in to take his place if he is gone for good. If not, we can just continue with a 3 player game.

Sir Unit and Bebe are both generics, so yes you can draft multiples as a single draft pick. And this does not prevent other players from drafting them as well, if they want to.

Drakken is a good choice to really boost Mandark's mobility.

And when you think about it, a Mandark/Dr. Drakken team-up would be pretty scary in a Dexter/KP crossover episode.
