Ground to Elevated Terrain Combat...

In the FAQ on the Marvel Hero Clix website, under "Elevated Terrain" it states:


"Ground to Rooftop combat is only possible if the figure on the rooftop is at the edge of the building. Otherwise, the intervening squares will block line of fire. "


So if my guy is on the edge of the building (the outer rim of squares) then a guy on the ground with range can attack him? What if there's a guy on the ground "Adjacent" to my character with NO range?

If the grounded fig has range he may attack him,also if he has no range but does have leap/climb then he may make a close combat attack and vice versa.
