Okay. I've got the best version of the good doctor in the game. He's completely inconsistent. He's cool. Just inconsistent. How in the WORLD do I use him effectively? What kind of strategy do you base around this guy? Or what kind of strategy do you plug this guy into?

a good one is
first movement: move him foward, taxing veteran magneto.
second movement: push to attack with strange to do 4 damage with rce. he is then pushed into enchantment, use that to bump up magneto's damage to 5.

Know what he has on his dial and when he has it...knowing what is coming up is an absolute must.
He is a decent sniper at first, and good for carrying brawlers through walls and/or out of combat with figures trying to tie them up. Later on he gains enhancement so he is a ranged combatants friend, and after than he gets support, which is nice for healing up his buddies.
You really have to keep changing his role ithroughout the game. Phasing is the best power for him, as it allows him to fly out of combat if he gets hurt and his powers change, thereby allowing him to adjust to his new powers in coming turns without him being stuck in a situation for which he isn't suited.

The thing that I don't like with him is that is speed is very low. So I would pair him with a higher moving flier to carry him around.
You also really must memorize his dial. If you know him inside and out, you will have the advantage as nothing will go to waste.
