I have never been too keen on Red Robin. He is the lowest-priced effective KC figure (I do not consider Bat Sentry as effective) but he is too expensive for what he brings to the table. With AA Question offering low-cost Outwit to a Martial Artists team, unless you want to use KC on a wild-card abuse team, I would put Red Robin back in the box.

With that extra 100-pts, you can get:

Human Elektra (80) + Lunge (5)
(I would also remove Vampirism and put Nanobots on Elektra)

Elektra can use Hydra when Cap is hiding behind her, as long as Elektra can draw line of sight to the target. Cap can really use an 11 AV with all the high defenses out there.

I look for and 11+ attack and the ability to do 4 damage or penetrating damage.
