I know that the power that divides Supes and Flash can't be outwitted. I was wondering if their indidvidual powers can. For instance if Superman is chosen can his +2 strength and Enhancement be outwitted?

yes they are nothing but SP's, so unless the power says that it can't be outwitted or ignored then it can be canceled.

Intresting enough if you had someone that could outwit the whole dial you could have them land on the SP's and not have chosen who the winner of the race is.

How so? The power that makes you choose the winner is the one that can't be countered.

And the Winner is...
(non-optional) Once per game, when this power is first revealed, you must choose Superman or The Flash. For all other Special Powers for this character, only use the powers of the chosen character this game. This character has the fist attack symbol. This power can't be countered or ignored.

True, but there is the planet hulk event dial that prevents special powers from being used.

Edit: Whoops, it just adds an extra action token . . . I could have sworn there was something that prevented the use of special powers.
