Here's the scenario:
Firelord is standing by taxi Wasp. He is aided by a Black Cat that can see him, but is not in base with Firelord.
Firelord gets MC'ed.
If the cat is in range, not stealthed, can Firelord shoot her? I know you don't have to make a break with the MC'ed fig if you wanted them to simply move (or at least that's what our tourney judge has said). This is important because we were playing for figs and I'd feel bad if I won dishonestly and I'd give the figure back.
