400 point anything, no feats vs Guardian of Fear

400 point no feat Tourney tonight where we can use anything we like and the judge is using the 400 point Guardian of Fear. Never faced it or even seen it before.

Any ideas?

As a Judge I played my 400 point Guardian of Fear against the bye rounds one tournament. It was a slaughter. I'd recommend high damage figures with HSS/Charge/RS. He doesn't have any move-and-attack capabilities so you can probably get a first strike. I *highly* recommend doing exactly 5 clicks of damage to him on your first attack, so like 7 raw damage. That will put him on his worst point in his dial (off of Outwit/PB and not onto his healing PW). His defense stays at 17 almost all of his dial (drops to 16 on his last click) so you will need decent attack values.

[Contingency Plan]

Personally I would look to use Ms. Skrullvel in this case. As broken as she is, she can be a menace to Anti-Monitor. Get her a Perplexer and carry in an object to smash him. You will get your 7 raw damage there. Plus she has Stealth to help her get close to him.
