You don't have a lot of variety, but I'll give it a shot. It also depends on what 'enemies' you'll be facing from your opponent...

I would suggest:

300 pts exactly.

Ok, so here's the deal, You have the Hydra Team Ability providing +1 to Cyclops' Ranged Combat attack Value of 9, and you use the 2 Shield members to up his damage (which is already at 3 damage for being a ranged Combat Expert!) for 5 clicks of damage to a successfully hit target! Just keep in mind that the Hydra Operatives must have Line of Sight to the intended victims!

Have Magneto toss the Skrull Warrior as a blocker (use the Skrull Team Ability to 'fool' the attacker, and of course, what's nifty is that if that Skrull is 10 spaces or less away from Scarlet Witch, and misses the roll, Probability Control gets you another try at it!), or have Magneto toss Sabretooth across the Board. Also remember to use sabretooth's Team ability (Brotherhood) to take an extra move to get him into position (hopefully in hindering terrain)

Cyclops, Sabretooth, and Magneto are you big hitters, Skrull is occupying fodder, and Scarlet Witch and Black Panther should be used as the extra edge by keeping them 10 squares from all the action. I would keep a nice Hydra medic near them just in case someone hits them with something!

Scarlet Witch and Black Panther are also Avengers, so remember to move them into place, or out of trouble with their Free moves!

Use magneto as a nice Taxi too! And don't forget to use Outwit!
