duo attack characters that are NOT peanut based such as Batman and Robin and Cap and Bucky can be carried right?

They cannot be carried. In order to be carried, a figure can only have the following symbols: :m-boot: :m-dolphin: :a-fist: :a-sharpshooter: :d-normal: :d-indomitable: :g-starburst:

It must not have any of the following symbols: :m-wing: :m-boot-trans: :m-wing-trans: :m-dolphin-trans: :a-duo: :g-giant: :g-colossal:

(Duo characters, no matter how many bases they have, always have :a-duo:)

But single base duos can be TK'ed. Peanut base characters cannot.

Heck, base size doesn't really matter at all for carrying.

TK Green Flame next to force Galactus.
Hit Galactus at range with a Swingline character, so he gets Earthbound.
Have Jericho Possess Galactus.
Have Green Flame carry Galactus.

OR instead of bothering with having to make Jericho hit Galactus, have someone with the drag feat carry galactus. Hell, if you do it that way, I don't think you even have to bother with swingline to give him earthbound. I don't see any restrictions on Drag moving any type of characters.... though not technically carrying them.

This is exactly what I was going to mention.

It isn't carrying.

"Confined to the Rock: (non-optional) The Wizard Shazam! gains Earthbound/Neutralized, and can’t be carried or the target of the Telekinesis power (option 1 or 2)."

You could Drag him.
