If he's adjacent to the BatB Blue Beetle/Booster Gold dual piece, does crisis BB get to use Outwit?

Nuh uh. Though the powers aren't worded the same way, this is the same issue as with Surtur / Ragnarok Surtur / Son of Surtur and Fire Demons. Before the errata, Though Ragnarok Surtur contained "Surtur" the fire demons could not benefit from Ragnarok Surtur being on the field.

When a game effect specifies a name, it means that name exactly. See the clarification that was necessary for Fire Demons and Ragnarok Surtur, as an example.

even worse- AFAIK, all of them have the typo Booste Gold, not Booster >< so no matter what! poor Bwah-ha-ha-hah takes a hit again!
