Do any of you guys ever hang a figure out to dry only for the purpose of drawing your opponent into a compromising position?

If so, who do you use?

V Firelord. He's a huge HUGE bullseye on the board, and you can usually take a figure or two with him. Or Cripple a stronger figure.

V Logan, same thing. Flurry and Blades is a scary thing, and with Stealth, they have to base him to get rid of him, unless they use their outwit.

I use thugs and a quicksilver rookie for that purpose on a regular basis. My opponent can either use an action to slay a 6 point thug or risk having him base them to slow them up while I ussually range them from the outside.

alot of players out here don't know how big a chunk of stuff the sentinel is. they see him and it's AAHH get him. Meanwhile in sneaks Harley (I've used her very effectively) or Spiral. By the time they realize that Sentinel isn't a threat, flurry, B/C/F and perplex (with help from MOD abilty for Miss Quinzel) have taken out most of the team. All with a little "Sneak sneak sneak" and a few "puddin's" thrown in!

As a primarily DC player that job usually falls on Robin's shoulders.

"This looks like a job for Robin!" Just pretend he's Jason Todd so you don't end up feeling sorry for him.

On the Marvel side powerful BF figs fit that role pretty well too. And of course there are always the Super Senses capable figs. Oh and Black Panther is always sure to attact attention. ;)

Another one is rookie Doctor Octopus. Only 22 points, and one very annoying harasser.

Changling is good bait fig. 31 points and you push him once so he has a 10 attack and supperstenght, when I do that, they barly notice my Logan in the bush over there. It works even better if Changling is holding an object and if his SC works.

I've used an E Black Cat/V Bullseye (or other strong long range guy) combo. I sneak Black Cat into a compromising position, perhaps on top of a building if I can, and even using Prob Control liberally when I want to really get the guy's attention. As you would guess, a lot of guys will do almost anything to take out a prob controller. What happens? 7 times out of 10 the opponent's fig comes into range of Bullseye. Draw your own results :p

Also, there are times when I've used Daredevil in a situation to draw out people in low point games.

My favorite decoy is Batman everyone sees him and since they expect him to be lethal, chase him all over the board and normally into a mind control trap.
He's probably as close to a perfect decoy as WK have made.
