Damage - Hit Em Low, Hit Em High.: When Captain Americas use the Duo Attack ability, the Damage is Penetrating damage.
From the recent Seige battle and the one shot this is Rogers and Barnes fighting together.
Idk if I would start off with RS but other than that I like it.

see I think a starting clix of RS is essential to any captain america IMHO. This is how I see cap in the comics; he moves in throwing the shield getting a good hit, then he catches the shield and charges in now that he is closer. Bucky also does this, although somtimes he shoots instead of throws.

I see this being the right way aswell. Its just something about both them running in together and both throwing thier shields that I dont like. Its not a bad fit IMHO just maybe a SP would work a lil better im. But like always Slade your dial is top notch.
Shouldn't it be Captains America? :p But nice job regardless (I would be reluctant to include two separate SPs that enhance the Duo Attack ability, but that's just me).

See ifigured it hasnt been done yet and also I realy wanted them to shine when using the Duo attack as opposed to many others where you would just stick with say cce in place of using the duo.
I like the Duo powers, if any duo could shine and work great together it would be caps.

i would like to see caps with a sp were he can use charge or running shot. run up smash face with shield or throw shield smash face.

I ususally do that with my normal singular cap dails.

The attack SP can be justified since they're both fairly equal in ability and strength, but the damage SP seems a bit too much. Do they really have to have a Duo Attack that powerful? Is the vanilla ability that bad?

It certainly is not. Especially at 3+ damage. The damage power is entirely too powerful.

I gotta spread rep around, but I love the dial/idea and wish it was made.

At first I was questioning that Damage SP too, but it's like having a Captain America with a 3 damage EW click and a Bucky Cap with a 2 damage EW at the same time. We wouldn't consider that drastically overpowered, would we? I would cut it down to a click, maybe two at the most, but I'd keep it.
Also I'd like to see a small splash of Outwit, a click of it at least, probably in the place of the first click of "Hit 'Em Low, Hit 'Em High". Otherwise, though, it's one of the few Duos I could see myself using instead of the two characters individually.
