those with the batman team ally sure is cool, hiding inside hindering terrain and shooting out of it like a broken soda machine, but anyway, my pal n i were playing last night and i had E Robin, R Huntress, E Batman along with 3 others, he had E Batman, R Robin, R Huntress, with 2 others as well...all night long, we hid from each other, couldnt even hit each other, but then what he said really hit us hard and got us reading the rulebook but we couldnt find it...

does having an opponent adjacdent to my batman team member "expose" him to long range combat? for instance, if i had sent MY huntress over to join HIS huntress who s hiding in a bush, 5 squares away from MY robin who has range of 6, if i had MY huntress NEXt to HIS huntress, could MY robin then target his huntress, or is the huntress still stealthed?

i do realize those with the superman team ability overrides batman team ability, but what if we dont have anybody with superman team ability, what s the best way to get those batmen out of hiding? if the "adjacdent-to-them-exposes-them" is right, then oh ok, we should've known, but since it isnt in the rulebooks, we fear that it doesnt work that way...if it doesnt, what s the most effective way of dealing with those with stealth?

can you OUTWIT team abilities?

now on a separate note, about OUTWIT...you can constantly outwit someone's outwit, given you "go first and there arent any other outwitters"?

can you outwit soaring characters and make them hover?

sorry for this lengthy forum but thanks whoever!

1. No. An adjacent figure doesn't out the Bat-Ally.
2. Getting them out of the terrain and/or getting adjacent to them with a big bruiser.
3. No. You can't outwit team abilites.
4. Yes. You can outwit outwit.
5. Yes. You can outwit a soarer into a hoverer.
6. Huh? There's no number 6?
7. Now the joke's just getting rediculous. :D

Some additional notes on CyberVenom's reply...

1. No. An adjacent figure doesn't out the Bat-Ally. - However, the adjacent figure can make a close combat attack without penalty.
2. Getting them out of the terrain and/or getting adjacent to them with a big bruiser. - Close combat is a way to attack them, but use Force Blast (which doesn't require a roll) to push them out into the open. You may make a ranged attack then.
3. No. You can't outwit team abilites. - True, but with one exception. You can Outwit the Superman Enemy team ability. That ability grants the higher cost figure the Outwit super power and that CAN be outwitted.
4. Yes. You can outwit outwit. - And KEEP outwitting it too!
5. Yes. You can outwit a soarer into a hoverer. - That's the only way you can affect flying by using Outwit. Remember though, your range for using Outwit on a Soarer is halved.
6. Huh? There's no number 6? - There's always a #6.
7. Now the joke's just getting rediculous. :D - Ok, you're right. Complete silliness.
