I need some help interpretating some issues that have taken place at some tournaments.

1.) Soaring. In the same action, can a flying figure (ex. Booster Gold E) move up to soaring in the same square and take a shot at an opposing figure? And can you attack from a soaring position on a grounded or hovering figure?

2.) Breakaways. When breaking away, do you have to roll a break away for every figure your in contact with??? (say your in contact with 3 enemy figures, would you have to roll 3 breakaways to be successful?)

3.) Leadership. If you have 2 figures with leadership, can you roll for 2 leadership actions to add on to your turn? And if not, does that mean you can roll more than one die for leadership? What i mean is i had one guy roll for leadership. He had 2 figures with leadership, so he said he can use to dice to do that. I'm confused.

4.) Multiple targets. When shooting multiple targets at once, can you perplex the damage up from 1 to 2 clicks?

5.) Superstrength. If you have the strength to carry objects, can you pickup other figures friendly or enemy? And if so can you treat them like objects? ( just dont see why Doomsday can't pickup Bane and throw him at Batman.)

6.) Knockback. Part 1. When a Figure is at the edge of the map, and gets hit with a knockback, does he A: Fall off the map and is lost for the game, B: take a click of damage because it is the edge of the map, or C: nothing cause he doesn't fall off the map and doesn't hit anything declared at the edge of the map. Part 2. If you get knocked back into another character, friendly or foe, do you take a click of damage?

7.) Stealth or Batman team ability. When a character with stealth is engadged with an enemy character, is he considered "Discovered" and open to attack from others?

8.) Stealth and objects. Ok, here is the big one. Part 1. Sabertooth has Stealth and was dropped off on a object by yellow Jacket. Can anyone target the object and destroy it revealing Sabertooth? And if you use Engergy explosion, can you target the object, and does it affect surrounding figures? Part 2. If i have a character using stealth on a object, can i hide another figure behind him and declare the figure using stealth on an object now blocking terrain so the figure hiding behind him is hidding too?

Object and character with stealth=8
Open space=O
Figures using stealth character as blocking terrain=X
Figure 2 wanting to make attack= B

OOOOXOOOOOOOO
OOOOOXO8OOOBO
OOOOXOOOOOOOO

9.) Perplex. Can you use Perplex by let say, 2 Harley Quinns to beef up a Gotham Policeman's Damage from 1 to 3 using both Harley's or just one aspect can be improved at a time?

10.) Charge. Can you carry someone and dropped them off and still use charge if your with in you limited of movement? and When you use Charge, does it have to be in a straight line?

PLEASE FILL ME IN ON WHAT I NEED TO KNOW, Much thanks to all who take time to help me out.

Just a couple of questions, eh? ;)

Well, I'll do my best.

1.) Soaring. In the same action, can a flying figure (ex. Booster Gold E) move up to soaring in the same square and take a shot at an opposing figure? And can you attack from a soaring position on a grounded or hovering figure?

A soaring figure interacts with a soaring figure in the same manner as two grounded figures. In other words, he can attack another soaring figure, but he can't move up to said figure and attack in the same action unles he's got Charge or Running Shot. And no, a soaring figure may not target a grounded or hovering figure, although the grounded figure CAN target the soaring one.

2.) Breakaways. When breaking away, do you have to roll a break away for every figure your in contact with??? (say your in contact with 3 enemy figures, would you have to roll 3 breakaways to be successful?)

A single breakaway roll is suffucient regardless of how many figures you're BTB with.

You can only get a maximum of one extra action per turn from Leadership, regardless of how many figures you may have with the power. The only benefit to having more than one is that if your first roll fails, you have another chance.

4.) Multiple targets. When shooting multiple targets at once, can you perplex the damage up from 1 to 2 clicks?

Nope. You can Perplex the characters damage up, but then when you target more than one figure, it's reduced to one anyway.

5.) Superstrength. If you have the strength to carry objects, can you pickup other figures friendly or enemy? And if so can you treat them like objects? ( just dont see why Doomsday can't pickup Bane and throw him at Batman.)

Nope. You can't. You should, but you can't. It's just not in the rules. (Rumor has it there may be some changes forthcoming, but they're only rumors)

The edge of the map is considered impassible blocking terrain. So the character would stop at the edge and take damage as if he hit a wall. No damage from hitting another character. You just stop in the square previous.

7.) Stealth or Batman team ability. When a character with stealth is engadged with an enemy character, is he considered "Discovered" and open to attack from others?

No, he's still hidden from anyone at a distance. Amazing how they can block a punch and hit back while still hiding behind a gumball machine, but hey, they're superheroes.

Yes, you can still target the recycling bin that a character is hiding in. However, this may leave behind rubble, which is still hindering terrain and hence his stealth still works. (Not 100% sure on this one). You may however have a character with Superstrength pull the bin out from under him, leaving him vulnerable. As for part 2, silly as it seems, a stealthy character's base is still a character base and thus blocks line of sight to figures behind him, even if you can't see the character himself. So yes, your Hulk can hide behind your Robin who is hiding behind the gumball machine.

9.) Perplex. Can you use Perplex by let say, 2 Harley Quinns to beef up a Gotham Policeman's Damage from 1 to 3 using both Harley's or just one aspect can be improved at a time?

You may Perplex any stat as much as you want, so yes, 2 Harleys could beef up a cop's damage to 3.

Phew.

Hey,
I can't thank you enough on responding.

You can only get a maximum of one extra action per turn from Leadership, regardless of how many figures you may have with the power. The only benefit to having more than one is that if your first roll fails, you have another chance.

So he can roll more than once? or even two dice at the same time for leadership????

Yes, you can still target the recycling bin that a character is hiding in. However, this may leave behind rubble, which is still hindering terrain and hence his stealth still works. (Not 100% sure on this one). You may however have a character with Superstrength pull the bin out from under him, leaving him vulnerable. So yes, your Hulk can hide behind your Robin who is hiding behind the gumball machine.

But this wouldn't apply to superman ally abilities would it? (I need to find me a gumball machine).

If anyone has anymore interpretations feel free to elaborate or just confirm their right please. :D

The Leadership thing works this way. I have 3 figures with Leadership. Figure 1 rolls one die and fails. Figure 2 rolls a die. If he fails. Figure 3 could also roll. If he succeeds, I get the extra action. Figure 3 could still roll, but I can't have more than 1 extra action, so it wouldn't matter really. Optionally, I suppose you could roll all three dice at once. As long as you get one successful roll you get the extra action. If you get three successful rolls, though, you still only get 1 action.

And the Superman ability trumps Stealth/Batman. Stealth/Batman treats hindering terrain as blocking, but Superman ignores hindering terrain, so it doesn't matter if it's treated as blocking or not.

Gargantua is correct on all parts, but he had his own question on the Stealth one (#8). Destroying an object by targeting it DOES leave rubble, i.e. hindering terrain, so the Stealth still works.

Plus, if you have this situation:

SxxxRH

where S = Superman, R = Robin in Stealth, and H = Hulk. If all three figures are on the same level, Superman still couldn't see Hulk, even though he can 'see through' Stealth. Figures block LoF on other figures. Now, if Superman was on a building and R & H were on the ground, Supes could target either one.
