New Bataman Production!!!

Tim burton will be working on a new Batman project. It's not going to be a movie though. It is going to be a musical, with music by Jim Stienman (Meatloafs "Bat out of Hell 1 and 2 as well as the main them "Original Sin" from the movie "The Shadow" and Céline Dion's Hit "It's All Coming Back To Me Now")

Actually, this is not recent news. Well, Tim Burton's involvement, maybe, but "Batman:The Musical" has been in development for five to ten years.

Being a huge Batman fan, and a person who works in theater, I can't think of a worse, gawdawful, terrible idea.

There is actually a Superman musical, done in the 60's on Broadway. It was horrifying. I can't imagine this being any better.

personally, if it were up to me, I would never allow anyone with the names of Burton or Schumacher to be involved with even the development of a Batman Ice-Cream sandwich.

The musical was announced years ago... Steinman I love, but this is just not a good idea... it should be shelved next to the Captain America musical.

I thought the first movie was pretty good, but after that, they all went downhill.
