Paypal dispute question

Anyone know how long you have to dispute a charge made via paypal for something you bought on here, if it hasn't arrived?

For some reason I remember reading somewhere that after a certain amount of time you cannot dispute the charges.

30 days, I believe.
Put the dispute in, then you have 30 days to make a claim.
Dispute and claim are two different things.
So dispute now, claim later.
