I would like to see a good looking pc or a Xbox Live version of the game. Like Poxnora or Duels of the Planeswalker (Magic TG). It would let people the opportunitie to play the game whenever they like ...and with a great pool of players.
I like the idea of converting a tabletop game to a pc game. BLood Bowl pc version is great. I like Poxnora ..and I like Xbox live game transopisition of tabletop game.
On the Internet or Xbox live version, we could do tournament etc.
I know, that's not a realistic wish....but I could still dream of it :)

I second this idea. It would be a lot of fun.
I third, I mean with HCOL we can kinda play, but it's not official. They'd probably go the MTGO route and charge for packs and stuff though.

I don'T mind that. Or they can do like Poxnora : a free section with pre-team that you can choose.... and if you like it...pay for the booster...or a single.
Or, you can have prize for tournament ... or like Duel of the planewalker....can unlocked a single if you win a scenario etc...
But, for me, I don't mind paying for a game like that.

I actually think this is a good idea.
First, you could do some much to make the experience more interesting and fun. Actually having stealth figures be invisible to the player is just one example, and even bring back flight into the mix.
As for charging...I think the best idea would be to have a set price for several figures or even a few complete sets. Then when new sets are released each card has a special code to unlock a character.
I would pass. I'm primarily a collector so not having the little plastic figs kills it for me. Honestly they'd be better off designing a Marvel/DC/Indy SRPG from the ground up.
I think heroclix is a game design that would translate well into a strategy RPG style game. I definitely would love to see a well done version on XBox Live.

This idea has been around for a while, older boosters used to come with this little strip of paper that had a code printed on it. WK never did anything with it but my crew always thought it could be used as a redemption code for a video game.
Also a HC game was in the works just before the original WK folded.
Also also there is a game on XBox live and Play Station network called "Vandal Hearts". Its a game from Konami that is a turn based tactical RPG. If a HC game is made I hope it comes out looking like this.

try heroes of might and magic 5
you dont get the pvp aspect, but you get the same gameplay

Exactly what I do when I want to play heroclix but no one is around. Plus, you can have some pvp if you play online.

Go the "serial number route"
Each character card in future sets has a unique serial number (small print on the bottom). Figures can be played irl or digitally.

I'd pay good money for a heroclix game on XBL. That would seriously be ridiculously awesome. If it translated really well I would actually pay monthly to play a heroclix game online. Seriously great idea.

I would love this for Xbox; however getting the rights to characters would be like pulling teeth. But I am all for this as a Game would let me play when others were not around/in the mood.

I would definitely give it a try for the PC.

I'd be all over a PC version of HC. Not sure how the licensing would work, since Wizkids would need a video game license in addition to their miniatures license. Unless they teamed up with a company that already has a license...

I would like to see something like this done too but not only for Xbox live and PC but also for Playstation Network. Mostly because here in Buffalo there is no venues whatsoever to play heroclix. I don't get to play against anyone other than my roommate, so being able to play against other people even online in a video game format would be great for me.

Nobody cares about PS Network!!! HAhaha kidding, aren't PS and Xbox people supposed to be mortal enemies? I could care less, but my buddy has a PS3 and tries to talk trash about xbox.
I would REALLY love to have a game like this.
