We need this guy as a heroclic. Here's how he should be. A dial with no knockouts but that has no real combat or defense ability. He basically a poop slush for mastermind and tying people up. This might be abused so we give him the special ability on various points on his dial where he is down and cannot be used for mastermind and characters can break away without having to roll. He needs to be given the power cosmic, because his imortallity ultimately comes from the cosmic character Oblivion. The sculp should have him standing there with an arrow through his head or something like that. Any thoughts?

I think Mr. Immortal should be such a target for Mastermind that he should have an SP like JL Superman's. Except any character adjacent to him (with a keyword) can pass damage to him, regardless of point cost. Mr. I's always taking one for the team. He dies in nearly every fight he's in.
