My friend wanted to place a barrier in the same square as a clix. Stating the rule," This character creates 4 squares of blocking terrain anywhere within the character's range." He figures anywhere means anywhere.
Also we were discussing on whether it was possible to perplex damage for a RCE attack or not.
Does enhancement work on TK attacks as well.

1. You can't put a Barrier in a square that has a model in it; as the PAC says:
"all 4 squares of blocking terrain must be in squares adjacent to each other and they cannot be placed in the same space as a character, object or terrain feature"
2. You cannot Perlex up RCE or CCE damage. As the FAQ says:
"If a character has Ranged Combat Expert and wants to use it to attack he can't have his combat values altered from the printed values in any way by himself or a friendly figure (via Perplex, Enhancement, or other Power) in that turn. A friendly figure may use Support on the figure with Ranged Combat Expert because the printed values are not being altered."
3. Yes, Enhancement will increase the damage done by a TK attack by one point.

ok, you cant create a barrier on a square occupied by any figure.
2nd you cannot perplex an stat on the figure useing ranged combat expert as that would be useing rce with another super power which is expressly prohibited by the rules.

You can Perplex up the damage of a figure with Ranged Combat Expert... it's just that if that figure makes a ranged attack, it can't use RCE because then it would be using another super power at the same time.
