Some questions please answer.

1. Can a ranged character attack opposing characters if they're adjacent to another opposing character?

2. I have a Batman which is engaged with Bane. Then a thug, which is in the smae team as Bane, came along and engaged Batman too. Can I attack any of them or can i only attack Bane?

3. Can a taxi carry a character if they're not in adjacent squaresm at the begining of the turn? That means i move over to the character, pick him up and drop him off.

4. Can a taxi drop off a character and move away to make full use of his speed value or does the taxi have to stop when he drops the character?

1. If Firelord (flyer) is adjacent he can use RCE against anyone (that is adjacent). If Bullseye (non flyer) is adjacent to a flyer he can use RCE, unless there is a non-flyer (enemy) next to Bullseye. Read the Faq for a better clarification if thats confusing.

2. Batman can attack either Bane or the Thug as long as both are adjacent.

3. They must start adjacent to each other.

4. Taxi stops when he drops off.

2. If Batman is engaged to Bane, and then he also gets engaged to a Thug, you must be reading one F'ed up taboo yaoi comic. Butman is gonna have to choose either Bane or the Thug, he can't marry both. Unless Mormonism allows homosexual marriages...which I doubt. Yeesh! And isn't Bane his half-brother, too?

Two ways to read this question.
A) If your Ranged Attacker is adjacent to any Opposing character you may not target anybody but the adjacent character.
B) If your Other Figure is adjacent to an Opposing character, you may still target the Opposing figure with ranged attacks from other characters (allowing for line of fire, of course)

You may attack any adjacent character, no matter the order they arrived.

No. You must begin your turn adjacent to carry a figure.

4. Can a taxi drop off a character and move away to make full use of his speed value or does the taxi have to stop when he drops the character?

They must stop when they drop the character. More precisely, they may only drop the character when they stop moving, but it ends up translating to the same thing.
