Okay, so I have my Captain America, Kingpin and White Queen all lined up. According to the rules, you can only use the Leadership ability once, no matter how many figures you have with Leadership. So I take that to mean I get one roll for Leadership per turn, not three rolls.
On another thread, someone was saying how having more figures with Leadership increases your odds of getting that "extra" action. I don't see this as an ability that moves from figure to figure until you get the roll you want but as a once a turn shot, once a turn roll even if your 290 point team is 10 Experienced Kingpins.
Or am I totally wrong?
What the ability says is that you can only gain one action no matter how many Leadership characters there are on your team. You roll once for each character, and even if you roll 3 6's for your 3 rolls, you only get one free action.
Multiple Leaders gives you a better chance for making the roll...
50% for 1
75% for 2
87.5% for 3
93.75% for 4
you'd better really need that extra activation if you toss 4 leaders on though... :)

yes, it does increase your chance of getting an extra action. All three of your figs can roll for leadership. Say if captain america fails to roll for leadership, white queen can step in and roll. So on and so for.
If all three figs roll successfully for leadership you will still only get one extra action.
Hope this helps

O.K. Here goes....You can make mulitle rolls of leadership.
Lets say Captain America gets a 3(Doesn't get leadership)
Then you can roll with Kingpin
Kingpin gets a 2(Doesn't get leadership)
Then you roll with white queen
White Queen gets a 6(Gets leadership)
Once you get a leadership roll succesful, however you can not roll again. Therefore you can't get 2 or 3 extra actions.
Having more than one person on your team with leadership would enhance your chance to get leadership because if one fails the other one might get it.
One perswon on your team with leadership gives you a 50% chance to get leadership,
I think having two people with leadership gives you a 87% chance or something like it to get leadership
I guess this is a little late but....

Okay....so then, in my ten man Kingpin army, I can roll a die as many times as I need until I hit the 4, 5 or 6. Even if that means only one "extra" action.
And as far as I know, rolling the die for Leadership is always a 50% chance; gaining rolls doesn't alter the sides of the die.

Well, remember... you wouldn't need to roll any other dice once you make your roll. Here is the breakdown...
1 die = 50% failure and 50% overall success
2 dice = 50% failure per die, or 0.5 * 0.5 = 0.25 failure and 75% overall success.
3 dice = 50% failure per die, or 0.5 * 0.5 * 0.5 = 0.125 failure and 87.5% overall success.
4 dice = 50% failure per die, or 0.5 * 0.5 * 0.5 * 0.5 = 0.0625 failure and 93.75% overall success.
and so on...
Each INDIVIDUAL roll is 50/50, but your OVERALL success rate continues to go up the more chances you have to roll.
