In looking at Inside Information, obviously it's value is really dependent on the keywords on your figure has.

Who's the best figure for it?

I like Crisis Nightwing. With Police, Martial Artist and Detective, he's got three common keywords plus a few others.

HOT Captain America has some very good keywords. Both FCBD and SI Iron Man have good keywords as well.

In the DC arena, OOTS Batman has a plethora of good keywords.

He was my first thought. Darkhawk and Winter Soldier aren't bad options on the Marvel side. AV Wonder Man has plenty of keywords as well, but likely won't be on the field to deserve said Feat.

It's a card that works well when it's a very themey scenario. I used it with Super Nova Vet Kang in a time travelers themed game. Made his attack overkill a bit. Used it on Nick Fury when the theme was to use one leader, one second in command and the rest generics. I like that feat alot.

If I have four points left over, it's the first card I think of. Then I think of Monster Hunter if I have reason to believe there will be a Giant or monster. THEN I think of Alias.

If you're playing DC-only, Arkham Henchman is good.

Fantastic Four Starter Dr. Doom, Arkham Batman, SI Immortus and Crisis Rip Hunter all have several common keywords.
