What do you think of think of the New and improved KC Batman Or the How it should have been Batman? No But really tell me how i can improve him?

Undercosted by a LOT. Anytime a character has:
multiple targets
Incapacitate or
lots of Outwit, the cost is gonna skyrocket. With his full dial of damage reducers, that cost spikes even more. Finally, the Outsiders TA is SUPER EXPENSIVE. This dial should be 200+ points without it; with it, it's pushing 250!
To get the cost down:
reduce the Speed SP to a mininal # of clicks.
the defense SP should only be on the opening clicks...his armor doesn't get better with damage!
again, his damage SP should be for openers only.
lose some more of the Outwit.
18 DV is too high...he's still not that mobile in the armor, nor would I put it on the same durability level as many other armored characters in the game. 17 is sufficient for him, IMO.
drop Outsiders TA, for the love of all that's holy. If you must keep it, make it part of his attack SP

Or drop the last clix of life, and change the 4 damage to 3 and that would work as well. Nice job over all, but yes he seems a little under cost.
