Current Modern Age Metagame - 400pts edition

So... does 400pts allow a monster to come out (Spectre, Dr. Zenhattan, or the like), or do you just expand on your already dominant 300pt teams?

What works for 400pts... discuss it here!

Hot Cap x 3
Scarlet Witch x 2
GCDets x4

Able to cover more map area and split off a couple Detectives for each Cap depending on cicumstances, and Witches continue to Prob/Barrier as needed.
