DC Premium Map Question

The museum map in I think the dc premium is the end with the stair an upper level or is it just a wall because I thought on an indoor map a thick black line meant a wall but a friend of mine insists that it is elevated because of the stairs.

Is there an offical errata or faq that covers this map?

My friends and I play it as a two story building where the room has a high ceiling and in the back is just a second floor..

This is just a wall...

An Indoor map does not have ANY Elevated terrain.
