wizkids don't even understand their own rules (IRONMAN)

There are so many instances where the rules to this game come in question, but when Wizkids fails at defining their own rules, it just gets frustrating.
On their web site they say that the cool thing about Iron man is that he has the ability to use range combat expert and running shot... yet in the FAQ it clearly states that these two abilities can not be used together.

I don't see where it says that... there is a sarcastic comment from John about how he knows how much everyone loves RS/RCE characters....

No, it didn't say that he could use both at the same time, it just said that he had both. That is it. That means you have the option of using either Running Shot or RCE.

thanks for the clarification... another question, on the Quasar decription it says that he is a true ranged combat expert and can inflict 1-6 clix of damage all the way down his dial (his damage is a red '1'). Is this because he has two arrows? If so, I thought that in order to get RCE you needed to target one character.... what is the correct ruling on this?

That comment was intended to be taken as sarcasm. This is often difficult to pick up on in written form, but that was their meaning by the comment. Personally, I always end a sarcastic remark with %} so that there is less chance of confusion. It's a punctuation mark to denote sarcasm that has been slowly making appearances throughout the net for the past year or two. You still don't see it very often, but if it gains popularity there will be fewer misunderstandings such as yours.

That was how RCE worked during betatesting, they changed it but never updated the file they used to create the character descriptions.

QUASAR'S WRITE-UP WAS DONE AFTER A RULES CHANGE. ORIGINALLY RCE WAS JUST LIKE BLINGS AND CLINGS (BLADES/CLAWS/FANGS) ONLY FOR RANGE ATTACKS, THUS 1-6 DAMAGE.

You know, maybe that is why Firelord is the way he is. If Range Combat Expert was ORIGINALLY to be a ranged B/C/F, he wouldn't be as powerful as he is today. Sure, there is a possibility of him inflicting six damage, but most of the time it would either be five damage (which he does now) or less.
