Another great episode! Here's my thoughts:

1) Gudda - you can check out a development of a "universal" starship combat system at http://www.enworld.org/index.php?page=space_fight. It's not clix based but it looks pretty cool.
2) In my town I can get the Handful of Heroes figures at Toys R Us and at one of the two Wal-Marts, so we know both retailers carry them in at least some places.
3) You CAN divide the Blackest Night figures into two teams of equal points. They can be divided up three ways to get two teams of 450 points each: Orange/Blue/Green versus Red/Yellow/Indigo/Violet, or Orange/Blue/Red/Indigo versus Green/Yellow/Violet or Orange/Blue/Yellow/Indigo versus Green/Red/Violet. For 300 point teams there are even more combos.
4) Another unfortunate feature about the BN map, as pointed out in a thread on the realms, is that if you take a sharpie and draw in the walls in the cells to show where they are they make a swastika shape for each group of cells. Great if you're playing a team of space nazis, but otherwise a FAIL.
5) I didn't hear Steve's awesome dong.
6) As for Watchmen (and speaking of awesome dongs), here is an April 1 blog post showing what a map for that set could have looked like:

Yeah I remember seeing that post and it struck me as odd...referring to the April 1st post.

Awesome info on BN. I just got my starter in the mail yesterday from Gudda, I bought it back in May and he shipped it to me. Won't have the starter here in Springfield, IL for another week or so. LAME.

Love the Firefly reference, love that show.

For all of the complaints about the new Blackest Night map, I loved how the game played out on it. Fighting over the stealth busting squares and having the majority of the objects in the center "armory" made it a very fun game. I agree that the coloring and wall lines really need fixing for future maps. The dice are a bit small for my liking as well.

Great cast guys! I haven't been able to listen in a while because my computer's been down, but the #1 fan from Kansas is back! I really missed listening to the clixcast.

I had a couple questions.

1) Do you guys just pick up whatever you want at the time, or do you have pull lists? It would be cool to see the entirety of your guys' pull lists, so that we the fans could post comments asking what you thought about certain comics you might not mention in the cast.

2) Are you guys up to date with Ultimate Avengers 2? I've been picking it up, and I'm interested in what you guys think about all this stuff with Ghost Rider.

And I'm pretty sure Ultimate Black Widow died in the original Ultimates 2 unless something crazy happened in Ultimates 3 because I only picked up the first issue of Ultimates 3 when it came out. Hawkeye shot her in the head to avenge his dead family that she killed.

Also, I'm not a big fan of X-Men, but I've been really enjoying this Second Coming story, as well.

Yeah I am pretty sure she's dead too but those story lines were so far apart it's hard to remember, She could have been a LMD as well. I was thinking she "Disappeared" after clint shot her.
